Kingdom Talent is a young consultant mainly dedicated to IT talent selection. We started this project with the aim of offering a talent selection service that can respond to the needs of each company and make a difference in the quality of the service provided. Of course we continue to learn, and we seek to be a true ally in the process of incorporating our partners.

To improve our service we designed a quality survey oriented to the customer experience where our customers gave us a feedback on their experience with our services.

There are many types of customer experience surveys, we opt for a simple one, aiming at the times of processes, communication in general and quality on quantity of the profiles sent to each company. We also put the option “suggestions” where we had recommendations from several customers allowing to know them even more.

Day by day we are getting to know each other more to achieve great teamwork because it is the only way to achieve an effective partnership.

¡We believe in the formula: Empathy + Collaboration = Happy partners! Of course all this points to our current customers but… We also want to make a difference from the first contact. Yes, it is, that’s why we have people online on our website to answer all queries from companies who want to form alliances with us.

The results we obtained in the survey were very positive where more than 80% of our customers rated us very well on each of the points mentioned. We also achieved a rating of ⭐⭐⭐⭐ And now we go for the rating number 72 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We are determined to innovate and think about the experience of our partners as well as that of our interviewees to mark a different path in recruitment consulting.
