We work the human to be more than a resource
At Kingdom Talent we constantly think about the development of the whole team because we seek to improve our services, strengthen ourselves as professionals and conquer new challenges.
Week by week we meet virtually to share those aspects that we must work and sometimes only to share conversations with mate, yes it is, just talk and laugh in order to strengthen our ties. In several of these talks, emotions emerged from the role and industry’s own frustration, which we clearly cannot ignore.
We were planning trainings oriented to the use of work tools such as negotiations, customer acquisition and of course technical updates of recruiting IT, however we decided with the team to go for workshops that help us combat our negative emotions, and… so it was.
The first workshop started in the first week of June, called “Frustration Management”, with the purpose of knowing some tools that allow us to face situations that generate frustration at work and in the personal sphere the one who lives a personal and in the working plane!
For this workshop we invited a professional specialized in Cognitive Psychology, who designed several meetings to address this topic.
We know that in general the trainings are exclusive on work tools, but at Kingdom we work with the human being to be more than a resource and above all to start fighting the idea that we are simply numbers in organizations.
We seek to design a work scheme different from the usual, which many people in this team have faced before: a work in silence, without communication, with constant negative ideas, pessimistic position, carelessness for the emotional plane and little listening.
